As an approved “Expert” you will have the following benefits:
- Live leads consisting of people that fill out either the Ask an Expert form or View Properties form.
- Free publicity as an expert in your field by us before our visitors contact you.

To earn expert status and be sent our leads, we ask that you do the following:
Step 1 – The Approval Process
- Write 2 original “application essays” that demonstrate you are an expert in your field for us to exclusively publish on our site. We recommend that you write the articles so that it is a helpful read for our users.
- Send us your bio with a professional picture.
- Create a permanent link to us from the homepage of your website with the anchor text 1031 exchange or 1031 tax exchange.
Step 2 – Stay in Good Standing
- Create a Link to your profile on our site from anywhere on your site after you have been “approved”. We want your sites visitors to be aware that you are considered an expert in your field by 1031TaxExchange.org
- Continue to send us 1 original article per month that demonstrates your expert status for us to exclusively publish on our site.
We do not want referral fees from leads that we generate for you!
The goal is our site to become a top resource for people looking for answers to 1031 exchange and commercial real estate related questions on the web.
