With 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction field, Mark has successfully assisted companies ranging from Fortune 500 concerns to entrepreneurial start-up companies. These organizations include IBM, Alcoa, Motorola, Frito-Lay, Comcast, Motion Industries, First National Bank of Colorado and the Orthopeadic Center of the Rockies. In aggregate, this involves over 1-Million square feet of office, industrial and retail.


Mark holds an MBA degree from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BS Degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.   He completed the Executive Development Program at Colorado State University and taught Finance at CSU.  


From 1983-85 Mark worked as a leasing agent with Trammell Crow Company where he was recognized as a National Top Producer for negotiating a 390,000 square foot lease with IBM. From 1986-97 he worked with The Neenan Company and in a variety of roles culminating in the position of Vice President for Real Estate Development.  Mark served on the City of Fort Collins Water Board, was a member of the Leadership Fort Collins Class of 1987-88.   He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder.   

From 1976-1981, Mark served in the U.S. Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain.
