Ken Yamaguchi

Ken Yamaguchi joined forces with one of the top real estate platform tenants-in-common property sponsors in 2003 after focusing exclusively on the sales of SEC Reg. D tenants-in-common properties from the best securitized sponsors in the industry.
In addition to his duties as a regional director based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Ken conducts continuing professional and legal education seminars for accountants, attorneys, REALTORS® and FINRA Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) on tenants-in-common real estate investments and IRS Section 1031 exchanges.
Ken is licensed in real estate and securities and he is a real estate and commodities investor. Prior to his involvement with the tenants-in-common industry, he was a top Sales Relationship Manager at Schwab Institutional Sales, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Ken is a native of Southern California and earned his BA from The University of California at Santa Cruz .
