David Wright
An Expert on 1031 Real Estate Exchanges
David Wright, President of 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals, brings over seventeen years of commercial and real estate lending experience to the management team. Mr. Wright is involved in all facets of the company with primary responsibility for corporate strategy, business development and personnel management.
Prior to joining 1031 Corporation, Mr. Wright served as an executive vice president at FirstBank of Longmont. During his eight years there, he managed a 140 million dollar branch providing acquisition and capitalization financing to commercial clients, real estate investors and high net worth individuals. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Wright served as managing officer of FirstBank's loan review department where he was responsible for auditing a portfolio in excess of 2 billion dollars.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa and his Graduate School of Banking degree from Louisiana State University.
