Bob Schardt, Vice President of Operations at Asset Preservation, Inc., has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry including Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Title/Escrow & Commercial Development. Bob has been with Asset Preservation, Inc. since early 1999 structuring both real and personal property exchanges including the very technical “Reverse” and “Improvement” exchanges. As Vice President of Operations, Bob currently oversees the overall internal operation at Asset Preservation’s national headquarters, located in Granite Bay, CA. Bob performs technical staff training and coordinates the implementation of internal systems in order to insure the exchange process for our customer is seamless and the process is the most efficient without compromising customer service and security.

In 1986, Bob graduated from California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
